Ke kabhi us imam ki taqleed karein jo Kisi wajah se nikah ko fasid qarar dete hain aur kabhi us imam ki jo durust qarar dete hain apni garz aur khwahish ke mutabiq aur is tarah amal karna bil ittefaq na jaayez hai.nnIsi wajah se Ulama ne Aimma e Arba’h me se kisi ek ki Taqleed ko lazim aur zaruri qarar diya hai.nnKisi Hadees ka fee nafsihi sahi hona amal ke liye kafi nahi jab tak ye Maloom na ho jaaye ye hadees gair mansookh ya gair mu’awwal hai.nnAimma e Arba’h ke aqwaal mukhtalif kitabo me maujood hain jin me un hazraat ne waazeh taur par kaha hai ke hamari har us baat ko maano jo Qur’an o Sunnat ke Muwafiq ho aur jo Khilaf ho usko mat maano.nnMatlab ye hua ke wo apne aqwal par Amal ki Targeeb de rahe hain aur ye bhi bata rahe hai ke inke aqwal Qur’an o Sunnat ki Mukhalifat nahi karte.nnLehaza is se unki Taqleed ka hukm unke apne Aqwal se saabit hua.nn(Mufti) Maqsood Akhtar QadrinKhadim Ridawi Amjadi Dar Al-IftanBarkati Islamic Centre Mumbai.
