Aurate kabrastan me kyu nahi ja sakti?

Jawab:
Aurato ka Qabro par jaana ikhtelafi Mas’la hai.
Aksar Ahl e Ilm ise Haraam, Ya Makrooh e Tahrimi Kahte hain, ye ikhtelaf yu paida hua ke ek zamane me Qabro par jaana sab ko mana tha.
Mardo ko bhi aur Aurato ko bhi.
Baad me Huzoor pur Noor ﷺ ne iski Ijazat ataa farma di aur irshad farmaya:
“Qabro ki ziyarat kiya karo, wo Akhirat ki yaad dilaati hain”.
Jo Hazrat Qabro par jaane ko jaayez rakhte hain, unka kehna hai ke ye Ijazat jo Huzoor ﷺ ne Ataa Farmaayi,
Mardo aur Aurato sab ko shamil hai.
Aur Jo Hazrat Najaayez kehte hain, unka istedlal ye hai ke Huzoor ﷺ ne aisi aurato par Laanat farmayi hai jo qabro ki ziyarat ke liye jayein.
Lehaza Qabro par jana unke liye Mamnol aur Moojib e Laanat hoga.
Aur Ulama ye bhi farmate hain ke Auratein ek to Shara’i Masail se kam waqif hoti hain, dosre unme sabr, Hausla aur zabt kam hota hai.
Isliye unke Haq me Gaalib andesha yahi hai ke ye wahan jaa kar Cheekh pukaar karengi, Be Pardagi hogi, Ya Koi Biddat khadi karengi.
Shayed isi Andeshe ki bina par.
Huzoor ﷺ ne unke Qabro par jaane ko Moojib e Laanat farmaya.

Mansookh hai ye Hukm muqaddam hai aur dosri Hadees Jisme ziyarat e Quboor ki ijazat hai wo Muta’kkhar o Naasikh hai.
Wo Hadees ye hai
“كنت نهيتكم عن زيارة القبور الا فزوروها”
Is Hadees me agarche segha muzakkar hai.
Magar ye amr muqarrar aur saabit hai ke khitabaat e Shara’iyyah me agarche segha muzakkar Hai.
Auratein bhi isme dakhil hain, jab tak daleel e Shara’i se rijaal ki khususiyat saabit na aur Hadees
“النساء شقائق الرجال”
Iski kashif hai.
Lehaza ziyarat e quboor se Aurato ko murtakib e Fe’l e Haraam nahi kaha jayega.
Agarche hamaare nazdeek aslam tareeqa ye hai ke Aurato ko ziyarat e quboor se mana kiya jaaye, kyuke unme ifraat o tafreet ka Maaddah gaalib hai aur surat e Mas’oola me hijaab aur Adaab e e’zaaz ka pura lehaaz kiya gaya hai.
Lehaza hukm me aur mazeed khiffat paida ho gayi.

Huzoor Sayyedi Aala hazrat Farmate hain:
“Meri Raaye is masle me khilaaf par hai, muddat hui mera fatwa Tohfa e Hanafiyya me Chhap chuka, mai us Rukhsat ko jo Bahr ur Raayeq me likhi maan kar Nazr ba Halaat e Nisaa Siwa e Hazri e Rauza e Anwar ke Wajib ya Qareeb ba Wajib Hai.
Mazaraat e Aulia ya Deegar Quboor ki ziyarat ko Aurato ka jaana Ba Itteba e Guniya Allama Muhaqqiq Ibraheem Halabi Har giz pasand nahi karta khususan is tufaan e be tameezi raqs o mazameer o surood me jo aaj kal johhaal ne A’raas e Tayyeba me barpa kar rakha hai is ki shirkat to mai awaam e rijaal ko bhi pasand nahi rakhta na ke wo jin ko Anjasha Radi-Allahu Ta’ala Anh ki Hadi Khwani ba ilhaan e Khush par Aurato ke saamne Mumaana’at farma kar unhe nazuk sheeshiyaan farmaya gaya”.

Lehaza Mazkoora Baala Aqwaal e Foqaha se Ye Saabit ho gaya ke Aurato ke Mazaraat par Jaana fi zamaanina Najaayez hai aur iski Mumaana’at Mahram o Gair Mahram ki Buniyaad par nahi.
Balke Unki Parda Nasheeni aur Aaj kal hone waale khuraafaat o bad’tameezi ki buniyaad par hai.
