Shari'at me Aurat ko parda karne ka Huqm diya gaya hai.

To Parade ke liye Aurat ko kya karna hai Aur kya nahi karna hai?
1) Aurat ko parde ke sath Ghar se bahar nikal ne ki Ijazat kab hai?
2) Aurat ka Burka pahan kar Restaurant me khane ke liye jana kaisa?
3) Aurat ka Burka pahan kar Sea beach (Chaupati/marine lines) par ghumne jana kaisa?
4) Aurat ko shar’an kaisa Libas pahan na chahiye ?
5) Abhi Auratein Jo Jeans T-shirt langees Burka ke under pahan kar Garden me Walking ke liye, Aur Gym me exercise ke liye Jati hai wo kaisa?
6) Abhi Jo Auratein Beauty Parlor me shajati-shawarti hai wo kahatak durust hai?
7) Shar’an Aurato ko kiske liye shajne sawarne ki Ijazat hai?
Jawab:
Sawal me parde se mutalliq pooche gaye 7 nukaat se pehle kuch zaruri aur ahem cheezo ka samajhna zaruri hai.
Parde ka hukm bila shubah ek deeni aur shara’i amr hai.
Aur ek mohlik aur khatarnak fitne yaani behayaai, uryaani, siyah kaari aur fahhaashi ke sadd e baab aur uski rok tham ke liye parde ka hukm diya gaya hai.
Ye fitna insaniyat aur insani society ke liye zahr e qatil aur qaumo ki barbadi ka pesh khaima hai.
Isliye Shari’at e mutahhara ne behayaai aur fahhaashi ke tamam zariyo se Islami Mua’ashre ko mahfooz rakhne ke liye parde ka hukm diya.
Parde ke ehtemam ke liye Quran e paak me taqreeban 7 aayatein aur Ahadees ke Zakheero me 70 se zaayed Hadeesein maujood hain.
Jo Aurto ke liye parde ke silsile me Rahnumai ka kaam deti hain.
Ab Apke pooche gaye sawalat tarteeb waar zikr kiye jaate hain.
1) Ayaat aur riwayaat me Gaur o fikr karne se ye baat saamne aati hai, ke Aurat ke liye asl parda uske ghar ki chaar diwaari hai.
Kyuke aurat ki misaal ek chupe hue khazaane ki hai jisko sirf wahi Shakhs kaam laa sakta hai, jo uska Shar’an maalik ho.
Aurat ko apne ghar ki chaar diwaari hi me baithe rehne ka hukm diya gaya.
Surah Al Ahzaab Aayat 33 ka tarjamah hai
“aur tum apne gharo me qarar se raho”
is aayat se maloom hua ke aurat ka asl shara’i parda gharo me baithna hai.
Taake unka koi bhi hissa mardo ke saamne zaahir na ho.
Hadees shareef me Rasoolullah ﷺ ka irshad e giraami manqool hai.
Aurat parde me rehne ki cheez hai, chunanche jab koi aurat (apne parde se) baaher nikalti hai to Shaitan usko mardo ki nazar me accha karke dikhata hai.
Lehaza in Nusoos ko buniyad bana kar Ummat e Muslimah ke fikr e saleem rakhne waale daanishwaro aur daanaao ne jinhe duniya Fuqaha e kiram ke naam se janti hai, ye fatwa jaari kiya ke aurat ka bila zarurat e Shara’i ghar se nikalna haraam aur gunah e kabeera hai.
2,3) Islam ek Mutashaddid mazhab nahi.
Jisme hukm ka sirf ek hi pehlu ho ke auratein gharo hi me baithi rahein.
Balke Islam ne unki Shara’i zarurato ki bina par unko ghar se baher nikalne ki ijaazat di hai aur wo Shara’i Hudood me rehte hue apne Mahaarim o shauhar ke sath kisi restaurant me khana bhi kha sakti hai aur Mahaarim o Shauhar ke sath Hudood ki paasdaari karte hue jaayez sair o tafreeh ke liye bhi jaa sakti hai.
Albatta is fitna e behayaai ke pesh e nazar aurat par ghar se baaher nikalte waqt kuch paabandiyaan lagaai hain.
Surah al Ahzaab aayat 59 ke irshad e baari ta’ala ka tarjama hai.
“Aye Habeeb (ﷺ) apni beebiyo se aur apni saahebzaadio se aur dosre Musalmano ki bibiyo se farma dijiye ke (sar se) neechi kar liya karein apne (chehre) ke upar thodi si apni chaadarein”.
Iski tafseer me Hadrat Adullah bin Abbas Radi-Allahu Ta’ala Anhuma parde ki kaifiyat naql karte hue farmate hain ke.
Aurat jab kisi zarurat e Shara’i ki wajah se baaher nikle, to ek badi chaadar ke zariye sar aur chehra dhaanp kar nikle aur saaf raasta dekhne ke liye ek ankh khuli rahe.
4) Quran e Majeed o Ahadees e Taiyyeba ke Mutaala se Maloom hota hai ke libas chaahe mard ka ho, ya aurat ka. Wo aisi cheez ka naam hai jo insani jism ke khadd o khaal numaaya (zahir) kiye begair uski satr poshi kare.
Aur agar libas aisa ho ke insani jism ke khadd o khaal usse zahir o numaaya hon to Shari’at e Islamiya use libas shumar hi nahi karti.
Balke aisa libas pahenne waalo ko bar’hana (nanga) qarar deti hai.
Shar’an aurat aur mard dono ke liye yahi libas hai.
Jo libas is me’yaar par pura na utre wo mamnoo hai aur jo is me’yaar par pura utre wo Mubaah aur Halal hai.
Libas Mulki ya Gair Mulki, Ilaqaai, ya pardesi nahi hota.
Libas Shara’i aur Gair Shara’i hota hai, chaahe kisi bhi tarah ka ho.
5) Agar aurat apne saare jism ko burqa me lapet kar aur jism ko mukammal dhaanp kar nikle ke tamam badan chup jaaye, to andar usne kaise kapre pehne hain isse koi garz nahi.
Fatwa uske baatin par nahi, balke zahir par hoga.
6) Shariat ne Aurat ko apne Shauhar ke liye makup ki ijazat di hai, dosro ke liye nahi.
Magar islami Ta’leemat se doori ki wajah se hamare Mu’ashre ki khawateen iske bar aks (opposite) chal rahi hai jo ke najaayez o haraam hai.
7) Aurat ko sirf apne shauhar hi ke liye sajne sanwarne ka hukm hai, aur wo shauhar ke liye singhaar nahi karegi, to phir kiske liye Bane sanwaregi?
Quran Majeed ne waazeh taur par Hukm diya hai ke biwi apne shauhar ke liye makeup karegi aur uske ilaawa biwi apne rishtedaaro ke liye bhi Ban sanwar nahi sakti hai.
Surah al Noor Aayat 31 ka Mutaala Karein ke jis me Allah Ta’ala ne Farmaya ke:
Wo Apne Banaao singhaar ko (kisi par) zaahir na kiya karein siwa apne shauharo ke ya baap dada ya apne shauharo ke baap dada ke ya apne beto ya apne shauharo ke beto ke ya apne bhaaiyo ya apne bhateejo ya apne bhaanjo ke ya apni (hum mazhab, Musalman) Aurato ya apni mamlooka baandio ke ya mardo me se wo khidmat gaar jo khwahish o shahwat se khaali hon ya wo bacche jo (kam umri ki waja se abhi) aurato ki parde waali cheezo se agaah nahi hue (ye bhi Mustasna hain).
Is Aayat ki raushni me pata chala ke biwi ko apne shauhar ke liye har waqt ban sanwar kar rehna chahiye.
Jab biwi aisa karegi to shauhar usse hamesha khush rahega aur kisi dosri aurat ki taraf maayel nahi hoga.
Agar muaamla iska ulta ho to phir dono ke Ta’alluqat kharab ho jaate hain, fitna fasaad hota hai.
Magar afsos ye hai ke aaj ke Muaashre me aurat jab baaher jaane lagti hai.
To khoob banaao singhaar karti hai, makeup karti hai aur ghar ke andar shauhar ke saamne sahi libas bhi nahi pahenti hai, jo ke haraam hai.
